In order to enjoy all the benefits of an Ad Space Owner, you must first create an account. To learn how to do this, follow the steps below.

How to create an account

To create an Ad Space Owner account:


  1. On the Adlee home page (https://adlee.io/), hover over the Login button, then click on Ad Space Owner
  2. You will then be redirected to the login screen. Since we need to create an account, click on Create account below the Log in button

Registering your account

In the following fields, you must fill out your name, email address, password, and check the box to agree to the privacy policy and terms of service.


Once the fields are filled out, click Sign Up

You will then be asked to verify your email. Check your inbox to find the email and click Verify Email Address.


Once verified, you'll be redirected to the Onboarding Process page.


Important

If you are not receiving the verification email, please check your junk/spam folders or try resending the verification email

Onboarding process

You will need to complete the following steps to fully register your Ad Space Owner account:


  1. Create your Adlee Account
  2. Provide your Company/Organization Information including a website OR business description, and company logo (or we can generate a basic one for you).
  3. EIN Verification
  4. Connect Bank Account


Since we have already created our account, the first step is done.

Company information

Step 2 requires you to enter your Company nameCompany phone number, and Business Type (Company, Government, Individual, or Non-Profit)


Then you will need to provide either your company website OR a brief description of your business. Please take note of the two example descriptions. These will be used by Stripe for verification of 'Know Your Customer' laws and make sure you're in good standing to receive payments.


Finally, you will need to either upload your company logo OR generate one if you don't have one. It will generate using the initials from your business. You can continue to click "Generate" to keep randomly changing the background color as well.


Important
  • You must have a company logo in order to continue to the next step
  • Your Company Logo is recommended to be at least 300px wide (rectangular logos will place better on templates) and must be a .png file type

  • You can change your logo later on if you're not happy with the one initially chosen

EIN verification

Step 3 requires your IRS Given EIN Number


You must also check the box confirming "you are an authorized representative of the company to use this EIN."


Once done, click Verify EIN to continue to the next step


Important

You are allowed only 3 attempts to add your EIN number correctly before you are timed out for 24 hours, only after will you be able to try again.

Connecting your bank account

In step 4, you'll need to provide your banking information and connect it with the payment processing company Stripe.


Stripe will collect the following information based on what you have already provided, as well as Bank Account information so you can receive payments:

   

  • Email Address
  • Phone number
  • Business website OR description of your business/organization
  • Bank Account Information


It's important that you have all the necessary documents or know your bank account login credentials to complete this step.

Why does Stripe collect my Email Address?

Valid email addresses are used for account creation, notifications and communication.

Why does Stripe collect my Phone Number?

Mobile phone number for verification via SMS and account alerts.

Why does Stripe collect my Business Information?

Your business website OR a brief description of your business or organization is necessary to fulfill "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" laws when dealing with transferring money between accounts.

Why does Stripe collect my Bank Account Information?

Bank account details (routing and account numbers) for required for receiving payouts, otherwise there's no way to transfer you the money. You can either choose to login with your bank account credentials for automatic setup of direct deposits OR manually provide your bank account and routing numbers. In no way is this providing Adlee the ability withdraw money from your account or see available funds. This is simply for transferring money INTO your account.


Once you've gathered all the required documents and information, check each box and click Connect Your Bank Account

Once redirected, enter your company Email address, Phone number (verify with the SMS code) and click Submit


Below you will see the option to login with your bank account credentials OR to manually provide your routing/account details. If you are entering manually, please double and triple check for any typo's or you may delay receiving any funds into your account!


Here's an example of what you'll see if you choose to enter your banking details manually.


Once you finish with the Stripe requirements, you'll be redirected to the dashboard. For more information on the dashboard, see Ad Space Owner Dashboard Overview
