The Ad Space Owner Dashboard article gives you an overview of everything you see when first logging in. For more information on how things work, continue through the rest of this article.

After logging in to your fully onboarded Ad Space Owner Account, you will find yourself in the dashboard

To view your coupon transactions, click on the Transactions button found in the upper left corner of the dashboard home screen

• Sender
• Coupon number
• Amount
• Service fee
• Amount received
• Date
• Status
• Invoice

! Note

If you need more information into a specific transaction, you can click on ▼ below the More column header

This information may be useful if any transaction issues arise

Though we see some coupon information in the dashboard, the best place to go is the Coupons page. You can view and manage your coupons, check coupon statuses, dates, amounts, and much more

To get there, click the button found in the left menu of your screen

On the main Coupons page table, you'll see information such as:

• Coupon number
• Amount
• Paid
• Status
• Action

If you need to view more entries per page, you can adjust the number above the table. By default, the table shows 10 entries.

This will show important information such as:

• Payout deadline
• Shortened URLs for activation and redemption

And the dates for:

• Scheduled payout
• Creation
• Activation
• Redemption
• Signing
• Printing
• Completed payout

And below, you'll see transaction history, showing the payout number, amount, date, and status

If you need more specific information on your coupons, you can go to Coupon Management, this gives you the option to add and remove filters based on whatever data you need

In Payment Selections, you'll find all your payment methods

To get there, click the button found in the left menu of your screen

You can add, edit, or remove credit cards and ACH bank accounts
